It could be said that real estate is in Amador’s genes and what he is most passionate about. Growing up in Southern California working for the family business, he experienced firsthand how to make smart and savvy investment decisions. Having owned and operated his first multi-unit property right out of college, Amador quickly acquired key skills on how to effectively manage properties on a budget.

Anticipating the west coast market adjustment, Amador chose to relocate and invest in Louisville, KY in 2007. “The biggest attraction for me was livability of the city” and Louisville quickly changed from being a place to invest to a place to call home.

As a downtown Louisville resident, Amador not only understands the downtown market, but is involved in its development by actively participating in downtown development focus groups, downtown resident associations, and works closely with real estate investors. In addition, having relocated to Louisville with no personal connections, he understands how important it is to not only find a place to live, but to connect to the community. So in 2009, he co-founded a social networking group called New2Lou which hosts monthly socials for Louisville newcomers.

Amador clients are some of the most successful and knowledgeable buyers and sellers in Louisville. That’s because he actively listens and is committed to delivering clients the tools necessary to achieve their goals.
